 | A wet-base design, a horizontal tube, and a three-pass heat exchanger
make this one of the most efficient boiler designs available.
|
 | A 5-GPM tankless coil with a 30-gallon boiler water content assures
abundant hot water.
|
 | Forced draft burner eliminates chimney draft problems.
|
 | Multiple firing rates on the same unit.
|
 | One-piece boiler construction ensures years of trouble-free service.
There are no push nipples or "O" rings to leak.
|
 | Heat exchanger easily accessible for cleaning.

The HT Series boiler offers the ultimate in design and efficiency. A
three-pass, horizontal tube, wet-base, Scotch Marine design boiler is one of the most
efficient designs available.

 | MULTIPLE FIRING RATES - Each boiler is IBR rated and listed at three
(3) different firing rates. All three nozzles are included with each unit. This allows for
more accurate sizing to the heat loss, yet keeps the cost of the boiler lower. The firing
rates range from .90 to 1.50 GPH within two (2) boiler shells. This feature reduces
inventory costs with one model covering several firing rates.
|
 | HIGH WATER VOLUME AND STANDARD 5 GALLON DOMESTIC WATER COIL - An
amazing 30 gallons of water in the wet section of the boiler, combined with the 5 GPM coil
provides the customer with abundant domestic hot water.
|
 | WET BASE -THREE PASS DESIGN - Known in the industry as the most
efficient and durable design. Water completely surrounds the combustion chamber, plus two
sets of tubes to further transfer heat before venting from the rear of the boiler. The
"uni-flow" path of the combustion gases allow for quieter combustion.
|
 | AFUE RATINGS UP TO 85% - Rated among the highest Department of Energy
(DOE) ratings.
|
 | FORCED DRAFT BURNER - The forced draft burner eliminates chimney draft
problems. The HT-Series is designed to work in spite of poor draft conditions. It also
seals products of combustion from the living area, reducing potential
"puff-back" problems.
|
 | QUIET OPERATION - Due to the horizontal tube and wet-base, the HT is
remarkably quiet. The "Uni-flow" path of combustion gases allows for smoother,
quieter combustion than firebox, wet-leg designed boilers.
|
 | ASME CONSTRUCTED AND IBR RATED - Each boiler is constructed and
hydrostatically tested in accordance with ASME Boiler Code. The capacity and efficiency
are rated in accordance with the standards of the Institute of Boiler and Radiator
Manufacturers (IBR).
|
 |
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - Unlike
other pro-rated warranties that often cover a small percentage of the cost of a new boiler
after the 15th or 20th year, Thermo-Dynamics boiler replacement costs are never more than
50% of the replacement boiler list price.
|
 | STANDARD FEATURES -
 | Built in "Air Scoop" purges air from the system providing a
quiet trouble free hot water heating system without the use of external devices.
|
 | Extended Flange Coil is away from the boiler for easy accessibility.
The use of ribbed neck carriage bolts eliminates the problems encountered when a weld stud
is broken during service. The large coil plate allows for a greater gasket sealing area.
|
 | Weld fittings extend beyond the jacket and allow the service technician
or homeowner to see small leaks that, if undetected, could later damage the boiler shell
and potentially void the warranty.
|
 | Easy cleaning and maintenance accessibility to combustion areas and the
open tubes make it easy for the service technician to thoroughly clean the boiler. No
tight, pin-type passage ways with "hidden nooks and crannies", making a thorough
cleaning possible. A well-maintained boiler continues to perform at higher efficiency and
is less likely to develop service problems.

Advanced three pass design traps more heat during longer,
slower passage of combustion gases through the boiler heat exchanger. This design
transfers the heat to your home instead of out the chimney.
